ABOUT JACK'S RAMBLE

WHO WE ARE

Two fiddles, two guitars, two voices, a whole bunch of mainly traditional tunes and a few songs. Our repertoire is rooted in the southern English tradition, but includes tunes and songs from all of Britain as well as Europe, North America and even Australia.

We also have a themed offering 'Mr Wedgwood's Music' consisting of popular tunes from the late 18th century, initially put together to accompany a talk on Josiah Wedgwood, and have recently put together a repertoire of Playford tunes.

We play for concerts and events, and  can offer a traditional English dance experience for barn dances
